OpenSSL 1.0.1e エラー decryption failed or bad record mac が発生するのはなぜですか?

Issue

  • HTTPS を使用する内部の IIS サーバーから wget コマンドで特定のファイルを取得しようとすると、以下のエラーが発生します。
 wget --http-user=xxx --http-passwd=xxx https://xxx:8443/key/xxxx
--2014-06-04 16:33:34--  https://xxx:8443/key/xxx
Resolving xxx... yyy
Connecting to xxx|yyy|:8443... connected.
OpenSSL: error:1408F119:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_RECORD:decryption failed or bad record mac
Unable to establish SSL connection.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4
  • OpenSSL 1.0.1e-16.el6_5.4
