クラスター設定された JBoss EAP 6 で WARN メッセージ dropping unicast message to wrong destination <other-node-name>/XXX; my local_addr is <my-node-name>/XXX が出力される

Issue

2 インスタンスクラスターを設定すると以下の WARN が表示されます。

WARN  [org.jgroups.protocols.TP$ProtocolAdapter] (OOB-5,shared=udp) dropping unicast message to wrong destination host2:server2/web; my local_addr is host1:server1/web

この問題の原因と回避方法を教えてください。
