Issue

  • サーバーが起動せず、以下のエラーが発生します。
udev-work[xxx] inotify_add_watch(/dev/dm-X) failed:No such file or directory
  • ファイルシステムのチェックに失敗したため、システムがメンテナンスシェルを破棄します。ただし、root の論理ボリュームをマウントして、手動でファイルシステムにアクセスできます。
fsck.ext4 No such file or directory while trying to open /dev/mapper/vgname-lvname
