RHEL カーネルをアップグレードすると、qla2xxx が使用するストレージデバイスをシステムが見つけることができません
Issue
カーネルを新しいバージョンにアップグレードすると、システムがストレージデバイスを見つけることができません。起動すると "device: error getting device" エラーが表示され、マルチパスが "error adding device to map" を取得します。
Environment
- QLogic Corp. QLA2xxx Fibre Channel Adapter
- サードパーティベンダーのモジュール qla2xxx
- RHEL 4 および 5
