Issue

  • 認証に PAM モジュール pam_tally2.so を使用しています。
  • 同じアカウントで同時にログインを試行しようとしている数が deny=X の値を超えました。
  • pam_tally2.so は、正しく認証が行われた場合でも、deny=X 設定の値を超えるとログイン試行を拒否します。
