ボンディングインターフェイスを複数使用すると ONBOOT=no が無効になる
Issue
物理サーバーに複数のボンディングインターフェイスがあり、その一部が ONBOOT=yes で残りが ONBOOT=no に設定されていると、システムの起動時に ONBOOT パラメーターが無効になり、すべてのボンディングインターフェイスが起動します。

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
最低 2 つのボンディングインターフェイスを持つ物理サーバー。仮想サーバーでは再現できません。
最初のボンディングインターフェイスの ifcfg-bond* ファイルには "ONBOOT=no" が設定されています。
2 つ目のボンディングインターフェイスの ifcfg-bond* ファイルには "ONBOOT=yes" が設定されています。
