RHEL 6.3 におけるボンディングの VLAN が有効ではない

Issue

• Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.2 から 6.3 に yum update を行うと、ネットワークが有効になっていると示されますが機能していません。
• すべての nic メッセージで、すべてが有効になっていると示されますが、システムが到達できません。
