RHEL 7 で rngd サービスを起動できないのはなぜですか?
Issue
- システムに rngd サービスに関する以下のエラーメッセージが記録されます。

rngd[28069]:Maybe RNG device modules are not loaded

systemd[1]:Unit rngd.service entered failed state.
