RHEL 6.4 リポジトリーで libicu-devel-4.2.1-9.1.el6_2.x86_64.rpm が見つからない

Issue
RHEL 6.4 に libicu-devel パッケージをインストールしようとしましたが見つかりません。
# yum install libicu-devel

Resolution
libicu-devel はオプションチャンネルで提供されているため、以下のようなコマンドを実行するとシステムにチャンネルを追加でき、インストールできます。
# rhn-channel -a --user=yourRHNusername --password=yourRHNpassword -c rhel-x86_64-server-optional-6
これにより、以下のコマンドを実行するとインストールできるようになります。
# yum clean all
# yum search libicu-devel
