Red Hat Enterprise Linux がハングアップ、またはファイルにアクセスできず、rejecting I/O to offline device エラーが発生する
Issue
- システムがハングアップしているか、ファイルシステムにアクセスできなくなりました。
- 1 つ以上のファイルシステムに書き込むことができません。
- サーバーが突然再起動しているようです。
- コンソールおよび /var/log/messages ログに以下のようなメッセージが表示されます。

EXT3-fs (server):I/O error while writing superblock
[ ...]
JBD:Spotted dirty metadata buffer (dev = server, blocknr = 0).There's a risk of filesystem corruption in case of system crash.
