RHEV の仮想マシンが、ストレージの I/O 問題が原因で停止する

Issue

• RHEV で、仮想マシンが永久に paused 状態になります。

• RHEV-M Admin Portal のイベントログには、以下が含まれます。

VM vm03 has paused due to storage I/O problem.

• この仮想マシンの qemu ログには、以下のエラーのインスタンスが複数含まれます。

block I/O error in device 'drive-virtio-disk2':Input/output error (5)

• 仮想マシンが起動したホスト上の vdsm ログは、eio エラーが含まれます。
