RHEL または RHCS で rgmanager が適切にシャットダウンできない
Issue
- RHEL 4 で、rgmanager が予想外に落ち、マシンを再起動しないとクラスターに再加入できません。

- RHEL 6 クラスターでは、ノードがクラスターから強制退去または削除されると、rgmanager が適切にシャットダウンできず、完全に存在することができません。
