ntp-4.2.6p5 パッケージにアップグレードすると 'ntpq> peers' で "Request timed out" エラーが発生する

- ntp-4.2.6p5 パッケージにアップグレードすると、'ntpq> peers' で "Request timed out" エラーが発生します。
[root@ntp-4.2.6 ~]# ntpq
ntpq> peer
localhost: timed out, nothing received
***Request timed out
