subscription-manager コマンドがハングアップしているのはなぜですか?

コマンドラインから Red Hat Subscription-Manager を使用しようとすると、コマンドが完了しません。

[root@example.com~]# subscription-manager refresh

[root@example.com~]# ps -aux | grep rhsm
