Intel Cascade Lake SP システムは RHEL 7.6 GA の動作をサポートしており、警告は無視できます。

警告を発するチェックは GA kernel-3.10.0-957.el7 の更新に間に合わず、その後 errata kernel-3.10.0-957.1.3.el7 で更新されました。

errata kernel-3.10.0-957.1.3.el7 に更新されると警告は止まります。
