Creating an image of RHEL 8.8

Good afternoon,

Is it possible to create an image of RHEL 8.8 to a DVD/DL DVD for work purposes? We have multiple workstations and being able to just restore the image to a new PC would be more ideal than re-doing the installation over and over. Or if an image for RHEL 8.8 was created it would have to be to something like an external hard drive of equal storage capacity or higher?
