RHEL 8 rpm vs yum capabilities

I have a vendor that is using "rpm -ivh --prefix /apps" to install the software

We want to move them to "yum localinstall" is there a simillar type flag that can be set for yum to replace ( --prefix )to relocate the install to a different directory location?
