Migrating from FreeIPA on Fedora to FreeIPA on RHEL

Hello Everyone,
I have a task at hand to migrage FreeIPA running on Fedora to FreeIPA on RHEL. The official guide doenst seem to be working in my case. I get an erron when i execute ipa-replica-install on RHEL 9 "Cannot install replica of a server of higher version (4.11.0) than the local version (4.10.2)
The ipa-replica-install command failed. See /var/log/ipareplica-install.log for more information"

how can i install the ipa 4.11.0 verion on RHEL 9??
