Offline Patching for server which running RHEL , how to do ?

Hi everyone, Happy New Year :)

I have a question, hope you guys give me some advices.

We have a Prod server which running RHEL8.9. Server does not have internet connection.

My boss demand that the server always up-to-date with patching/hotfix. Without internet connection, how can i do that ?

Does RedHat provide a site like update.windows.com then user can download patch/hotfix and mannually install it on their server ?
