Can not locate package for liburcu-bp.so.1

liburcu-bp.so.1()(64bit) is needed by lttng-ust-2.4.1-5.el7cp.x86_64
liburcu-cds.so.1()(64bit) is needed by lttng-ust-2.4.1-5.el7cp.x86_64

the liburcu* dependencies are not in my YUM repo nor can I find them on RedHat Community.

Any thoughts?
