libcurl broken link in UBI 9.3

Latest UBI 9 (https://catalog.redhat.com/software/containers/ubi9/ubi/615bcf606feffc5384e8452e?image=654d1095aedbf9dec926e803&architecture=amd64&gti-tabs=red-hat-login) has a broken link /usr/lib64/libcurl.so.4 -> libcurl.so.4.7.0 (libcurl.so.4.7.0 does not exist)

Verify via:
find . -xtype l
./usr/lib64/libcurl.so.4

This leads to the effect that dnf/yum does not work and basically renders the image useless. Did anybody test the image??
