  • SEP client installation on RHEL 6.4 (Santiago)

    Posted on

    Hi all,

I want to seek for advise for our current VMs environment because this is my 1st time dealing RHEL and I dont have much experience in Linux. So previously, we have installation for Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) client on our target VMs which is a very old red hat 6.4.

The current kernel version is 2.6.32-358.6.2.el6.

So for SEP client installation requirements. the VM need to has at least 2.6.32-358.6.2.el6.

so I am asking a question here whether is my current VM kernel 2.6.32-358.6.2.el6 is older or newer than 2.6.32-358.6.2.el6?

Where can I get link for all the list of the kernel that shown by sequence or something else that can I proof?

    Please advise.

    Thanks
