Registering Hosts

I installed satellite and tried to register hosts when i did the
hammer host-registration generate-command
it works and the host is connected to the satellite

But when i do the activation using
P.S adding the host in the /etc/hosts file
subscription-manager register --activationkeys "" --org ""
it doesnt work says t
Organisation does not exists ( HTTP error code 401: Unauthorized )

Also i tried to curl the katello-ca-consumer-latest-noarch.rpm
it just says connection timed out

Can anyone help me with this?
