Unable to install PHP in RHEL 9

Hello

I'm getting the following error trying to install PHP.

No available modular metadata for modular package 'php-common-8.1.14-1.module+el9.2.0+17911+b059dfc2.x86_64', it cannot be installed on the system

dnf module enable php:8.1 gives this:  Error: Problems in request:
missing groups or modules: php:8.1

dnf module list php:  Error: No matching Modules to list

Our Satellite (I'm only an admin for an organization) only show one module stream for RHEL 9, maven. Our RHEL 8 systems show 4 app streams for PHP.

Any thoughts on installing 8.1? Is this something I should take up with our Satellite admins?
