RHEL 8.8 Cant install in VMware Fusion on Mac OS Ventura

Hello all,

I just downloaded the aarch64 RHEL8 DVD and am attempting to install it. When I boot from the downloaded ISO, the installer starts. The first option is to install RHEL8. When I click on Install RHEL8, the screen goes blank for a couple of seconds like it's about to start installing. But it goes back to the first screen after I choose Install RHEL8. The installer won't let me progress.

I've got 500gb of hard drive space. I'm running this on an M2 MacBook Air.
