Satellite 6.13.1 and 6.13.0

Connected Satellite 6.13.1
Disconnected Satellite 6.13.0

Tried to upgrade the x.0 to x.1 but doesn't take it. Only sees 6.13.z

Are there any known issues with cv export from the 6.13.1 and cv import to 6.13.0?
