Incorrect user name

I recently logged into my RedHat account, and discovered that the name listed on the profile is my wife's name. The email address is correct, the Redhat user id is correct, the password is correct, and I have been able to upload an image for the account.

However, I cannot determine how to correct the name showing on the upper left of the profile.
