Partitioning RHEL 8.0

Good afternoon,

I'm new to using Linux and am currently trying to set up a PC with RHEL 8.0. I am currently setting up a physical Dell Precision 5280 Desktop Machine with two NVMe Hard Drives in RAID1, no Virtual Manager at all. I was wondering about the partitioning of the Hard Drive. Do I have to partition the Hard Drive during the RHEL 8.0 installation or does the partitioning all take place after it is installed? Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.
