Unable to install Red hat Enterprice linux on oracle virtual box

Hi all,
I am trying to install Red hat Enterprice linux on oracle virtual box and I am getting some error when I start the virtual machine. Attached is the screen shot of the screen I am getting. Not sure how to proceed from here. Any help will be appreciated.
