RHEL 7.9 DVD iso image is not giving an option to configure .

When I tried installing the server using the DVD image from Red Hat, it's not giving me the option to configure settings like network, region, etc. It's directly proceeding with full installation with pre-configured settings. Can anyone help me out with this?
