Can't connect from/to Windows desktop but Linux to Linux working fine

Hi,

I deployed my new RHEL 8.7 in one system for learning. I am trying to connect it from another windows 10 system via putty but can't connect even ping not responding in between the systems.

But I could able to connect the same RHEL 8.7 from another Linux via SSH in both directions. I could NOT able to understand where the issue might be, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Please let me know if anymore details needs to be shared.
