Content-View Import failing

disconnected 6.12.2 Sat

Import of CV Continues to fail.
Errors:
1 subtask(s) failed for task group /pulp/api/v3/task-groups/....../.

I advanced synced the cv, and created a new version of the cv. Export works ... Import fails. Result says Warning

Dynflow shows one yellow warning:
Actions::Pulp3::ContentViewVersion::CreateImport (skipped)

The error section start with
Katello::Errors::Pulp3Error

is there anyway to fix this quickly?
