Installation failed

I'm trying to install Red Hat Ansible Automation Plateform on my rhel machine, and I'm also following the documents which is provided by radhat but there are many issues occurred like While I'm putting the localhost ip on inventory file under [automationcontroller] it saying that I can't use local host here and one more issue I'm facing that is ""The system is not properly configured. The glibc-langpack-en package is missing. Please install it""

Kindly guide me to resolve these issues.
