Local Repo Needs RHEL 8 and 9 Repos

I have a specific server setup in our environment to serve as a local network repo for everything RHEL 9 and a few other repos. This is working as it should.

Now I have a vendor that does not support RHEL 9 and is demanding RHEL 8 in the environment. Since my local network repo is setup for 9, I need to also get 8 on this repo. I have been trying for the past few days to accomplish this to no avail.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

A little background on the local network repo and why we have it. Our IT overlords have decide to not allow internet access to servers. Only a select few have this access. Hence the local repo. This repo has full access to download whatever is needed to be installed on the other RHEL 9 servers in the environment. I have a RHEL 8 local repo in a completely different environment, so I know how to set it up based on the OS version. Just not housing two different versions.
