Disconnected Satellite 6.11

Restored the disconnected satellite server from a daily rubric backup point.

Copying a regular content-view from the connected satellite to the disconnected all of a sudden takes very long. The copy process starts with 150MB/sec and drops to 18MB/sec and it's not the network.

Once completed, the content-view import also takes a very long time now.

Network is fine. Even navigating around the desktop on the disc. satellite server drags. System Monitor shows Memory and Swap History is at 55-63%, CPU is overall low but maxes out here and then but goes back down quickly (overall top is 60%)

Wondering if anyone experienced the same after a restoring the disconnected satellite.
