Installable Errata not updating

RHEL Satellite 6.11 (connected and disconnected Satellite)

I'm able to select all errata's on the hosts and run via remote execution. The job completes successful.

When I go back to the listed host and view the errata tab, the amount of listed errata has not changed. I can rerun it without issues but they don't zero out.

Puppent-agent is installed on all hosts.
Insight is not due the closed environment.

Does anyone have the same issue?
Is it more of a reporting back issue from host to disconnected satellite?

I run the below to sorta cross-check errata
yum updateinfo list installed | grep (Ex: RHEA-2022:1956)

The one that returns data are applied and the ones without have not been applied and most likely fall under a parent errata. Is this what you have to do with every errata thing???
