Errors in rhsm.log

Hi All

I'm using RHEL 9.1 (Plow) and can't get the Errata to update in the red hat subscription portal.

There are no connectivity errors and the check-in time updates. E.g.subscription-manager refresh works and subscription-manager list --installed shows the system as subscribed.

There are errors in the rhsm.log file:
[INFO] rhsm-service:2311:Main Thread @il8n.py:169 - Could not import locale for C.UTF-8: [Errno 2] No translation file found for domain : 'rhsm'
[INFO] rhsm-service:2311:Main Thread @il8n.py:139 - Could not import locale either for C.UTF-8_C.UTF-8: [Errno 2] No translation file found for domain : 'rhsm'

There are no errors in the rhsmcertd.log file

I've followed the process here - https://access.redhat.com/solutions/3210391 - but this hasn't resolved the issue.

What other troubleshooting steps can I do?
