Cannot install Red Hat it just restarts

Hello everyone,
I downloaded the ISO file "rhel-baseos-9.1-x86_64-dvd.iso" and used rufus to burn it only a USB thumb drive. I then booted from the thumb drive and tried to install. It looks like the install start up by showing the text likes its loading everything, then it just restarts and I am back to the boot menu.
I am using a HP Victus 16, it has an nvidia graphics card, 16gb ram, Ryzen 7 processor.
Any clues how I can install it. I wanted to install it on my second hard drive.
I prefer not to use a virtual machine, I tried virtual box but it was off the charts slow and I allocated 8gb of ram for it too.
