Content-View Import Error

Synced two content-views. One RHEL7, the other RHEL8.
Exported both. Import of RHEL8 failed with the below message (screenshot). I only have 4 Repositories.

RHEL 8 Server - Suplementary RPMs 8
RHEL 8 Server - AppStream RPMs 8
RHEL 8 - BaseOS RPMs 8
EPEL 8 (https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/8/Everything/x86_64/)

It worked before.
I removed the CV, created new ones, synced/ exported and imported CV and still getting this error. Connected ad Disconnected Sat is patched so I'm confused why this error.
any ideas why?
