Is there an issue with the ssl certs for cdn.redhat.com?

I'm unable to download packages as the ssl verification fails.

[MIRROR] cockpit-machines-263-1.el9.noarch.rpm: Curl error (91): SSL server certificate status verification FAILED for https://cdn.redhat.com/content/dist/rhel9/9/x86_64/appstream/os/Packages/c/cockpit-machines-263-1.el9.noarch.rpm [No OCSP response received] 

Visiting the url browser also gives me an ssl error saying the website sent "scrambled credentials that chrome cannot process"

I tried multiple devices from multiple physical locations / wan connections. Same issue.

I also don't see any issues reported on the status page.
