cURL error

I have three systems that give me an error message reading ERROR: Unauthorized after i run my cURL command. This same cURL has worked on two other machines perfectly. I am trying to associate the product system to the Satellite to receive patches. We are on a closed network and have to use a proxy to get out to the world.
