Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.0 Binary DVD installation error - can't install RHEL!

Hi you all,
I'm trying to install Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.0. from an usb pen drive, onto a lenovo t420 laptop to use as local test machine.

I downloaded, by now 3 times, the official Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.0 Binary DVD, burned the pen with dd and booted the pc from it.

it reaches the installation prompt but every choice brings me to this error:

errot: ../../grub-core/kern/disk_common.c:47:attempt to read or write outside of disk 'hd1'
error../../grub-core/loader/i386/efi/linx.c/208:you need to load kernel first

I assure you that the 1st hd is plugged in.

could you help me?
is there any other iso that I should download to work
