Red Hat Image Builder for Azure

Hi,
I'm looking for a little help with image builder and Azure.
When we create an image either from the customer portal image builder or a stand alone linux box with builder running, We're unable to tell Image builder where to put the image in Azure. It defaults to East US. This is problematic for us. Azure also prevents us from moving this type of resource to the region we want (WEST US). Has anyone been able to figure out how to import this into different regions?
