Custom ISO for repeatable installation via USB

Hi Folks,

I am a little new to RHEL and am researching to see if it is possible to create an ISO of RHEL together with zipfiles that can be used on a USB stick to deploy multiple servers in a repeatable way so that all servers are consistent?? I looked at image builder and dont see a way to add a zip or any other file into a RHEL 8.4 image, I started looking at kickstarter but I have yet to find anything consistent enough to guide me end to end.

Any words of wisdom or help would be appreciated!?
