Looking for xsel.x86_64 on RHEL 8

xsel.x86_64 does not appear to be in the current BaseOS, AppStream, or even the codeready-builder-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms.

I looked at the list other repositories and searched a few with no success. I did find that it existed at:
https://linux-packages.com/centos-8/package/xselx86-64
, but this does not seem an appropriate repository for RHEL 8; I'm currently running at RHEL 8.6 (Oopta) and was wondering if there is any chance that I may get this running? I'm trying to run this with a nodejs module, but it doesn't seem part of the modules searched. Any advice would be appreciated.
