Can't start console

Hello,
I'm using a new M1 MacBook. Is there an app that I can use on my Mac to connect to the console? and how can I open console.vv file?
I can't find a spice for mac and vnc and vnc in browser is not working.

What is the best way to connect to a VM console ?
