RedHat Certsys Beta RHEL8/9

Hello experts,
currently I'm trying to write a python script to use the API of the Certsystem.

However with my account I do have developer access and beta access.

What is the exact way to install certsys beta on a rhel 8 or rhel 9?

While searching I found out you can only enable the certsys beta repo on rhel 8 beta systems. I can't find any iso providing rhel 8 beta?

What am I doing wrong to enable certsys-beta-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms? Subscriptions are both attached to the system.
