Install RHEL8.6 KERNEL under RHEL9

Hi I am running a RHEL9 VM and I want to build kmods against RHEL8.6 kernel.

For this page, I get the kernel version for RHEL8.6 is 4.18.0-372.9.1

https://access.redhat.com/articles/3078

But I tried listing all the available kernel packages and couldn't find the 4.18 kernel. Can someone tell me how to get it done? Do I have to add other repos to yum?
