Fail to find kernel signed by Red Hat when upgrade from 8 to 9 using leapp

Hi,

I was trying to use leapp to upgrade to rhel 9. The problem is that leapp keeps reporting that cannot find any kernel signed by Red Hat.

Previously, I have installed the NVIDIA driver using their rpm repo and installed a self key to use the secure boot, I think this may break the check.

I have removed all the NVIDIA packages and dkms, but leapp still can't pass the kernel check, how to fix this?
