redhat 7.9 on Dell R740 PowerEdge R740 not booting after installation

Redhat 7.9 installer works and all looks okay, but the box does not reboot the OS.
fails with Failed to Boot Redhat Enterprise Linux
The OS is installed on SSD RAID1 using PERC H750 Adapter.

On checking UEFI target in the IDRAC Bios setting it shows target as "Unavailable: Redhat Enetrprise Linux"
I have set SATA to RAID and even NVME to RAID.

May be something basic, Any pointers ?
